Technical support renewal provides one year of technical support, including access to online product updates.

Please regularly check to verify that you are using the most recent version of Investment Account Manager. Our updates will continually add new features, as well as fix any bugs that are found. To verify you are using the latest release, open your copy of IAM and select the Help Menu | Check for Updates choice. This choice will automatically verify that you are using the latest version of the software. If not, you’ll be prompted to download the latest maintenance release.

Note: if the choice to "Check for Updates" is inactive in your copy of Investment Account Manager, this indicates your support period has expired. To extend technical support for an additional year, place your order for this 1 Year Support Policy. Additional 1-year tech support is $39. Once purchased, the developers of Investment Account Manager will contact you via email with a code that can be entered to extend support and re-activate this choice.
